Schedule: Hybrid role

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/yr.

Vendor Manager responsibilities:



  • Support and execute vendor management strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring beneficial terms for company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and oversee their performance.
  • Conduct market research, analyze vendor options, and manage the vendor selection process.
  • Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and negotiate competitive pricing.
  • Analyze vendor performance data and report findings for strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in vendor management.


Qualifications:



  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of vendor management experience, proven contract negotiation success, and the ability to travel at least 25%.
