Koch Global Services is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst to join our Global Payroll Team in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our Team

We are seeking a Tax Analyst to partner with our KGSI (India team), internal business partners and capabilities to ensure accurate, timely employer tax processing for over 100 Koch entities for 60k employees.

Successful Candidates should have:

* Written and verbal communication skills with various levels of leadership and peers
* Previous experience with payroll products/processing, tax calculations, remittance and compliance

What You Will Do

*
Employer payroll taxes oversight/management (Fed, SIT, SUI & Local) for various EIN's
*
Conduct quarterly annual balancing and reconciliation of tax liabilities
*
Track tax variances and refund information
*
Resolve complex employee tax questions and resolve issues
*
Provide support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
*
Ensure payroll tax compliance and accuracy while maintaining up to date knowledge of tax issues related to Federal, State, and Local tax compliance
*
Assist with analytical review of payroll tax system to drive improvements with system developments
*
Provide support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
*
Partner with internal capabilities from Global mobility, transactional support teams to ensure that employment taxes are calculated timely and accurately
*
Build relationships, collaborate across teams, coordinate timelines for cross disciplines
*
Create process mapping and maintenance
*
Manage multiple competing priorities with tight deadlines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
*
Manage workload in an organized, proactive, and independent manner to meet commitments and deadlines
*
Participate in initiatives to improve payroll tax services and capabilities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* 5 plus years of experience in multistate payroll tax
* Experience successfully communicating with all levels of management and leadership in addition to tax agencies
* Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, Excel - Pivot tables, V-look ups

What Will Put You Ahead

* Payroll system knowledge - SAP, Dayforce, ADP, etc.
* 5 plus years equivalent experience (company tax liabilities, size, structure and employee count)
* Experience managing multiple EIN's
* Experience with multi-state taxation
* Ability to trouble shoot for simple problems with tools systems and software used often
* CPP Certification
