This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It's Like The intern will gain an understanding of the day-to-day processes of the Operations Manager. Collaborating with a mentor, the intern will contribute to the development of Wholesale architecture artifacts, encompassing process documentation, business requirements, and roadmaps. Your responsibilities include identifying systematic opportunities to enhance the experience of Wholesale partners and streamline administrative processes within core systems and applications. Additionally, you will document assigned functional project aimed at driving continuous improvement. The overarching goal is to create an optimal experience within systems, enabling the Wholesale team to leverage consolidated sources of truth for efficient data utilization and management.
The Intern will be actively engaged in the Wholesale Ticketing AI project, acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of the Wholesale Ticketing processes. Collaborating closely with a Senior Operations Manager as his/her mentor, the Intern will contribute to the development of a coherent framework for our virtual agent, ensuring ease of comprehension and navigation for customers. Key Responsibilities
Employ advanced analytic tools, including PowerBi, to scrutinize customer complaints systematically, generating detailed reports and identifying discernible trends.
Participate actively in the validation process of the Ticketing AI project, involving comprehensive assessments and verification procedures to ensure the system's accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specified requirements.
What It Takes
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Analytics, Business, Electrical Engineering, IT Operations, Telecom/Communications Engineering or Economics. Skills in analytic tools like PowerBI and Tableau; knowledge of AI is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data organization and analysis. Interest in learning about telecommunications operations and data-driven decision-making. Strong attention to detail, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
