Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Specialist for a specialty pharmacy in Williamsville, NY! Type: Temporary with possible conversion to direct hire Pay Rate: $19.00/HR Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls for refills and process co-payments. Address patient inquiries on billing, policies, and services. Coordinate communication between patients, insurance, and medical staff. Maintain records, perform data entry, package, and ship orders, manage financial arrangements, assist with prior authorizations, and support billing and benefits coordination. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of Customer service experience required. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Call Center experience preferred.
