Job Description The Global Operations Manager - Records will play a pivotal role in aligning our record management processes with our broader organizational goals. This individual will work alongside Global Heads in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives that optimize practices, enhance security, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The manager will provide client and team leadership and is responsible for facilitating all phases of operations and project work from concept to fulfillment. He/she is regarded by the client as a trusted expert for the agency side of the client's business and will maintain and facilitate the client relationship as a strategic consultative partner. The Global Operations Manager leads the day-to-day management and optimization of projects and tools for the client, assesses risk, determines goals, and is the key client contact for day-to-day communications and tasks. Additional Information The national pay range for this role is $87,300 to $143,500 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
