SUMMARY: Are you ready to enhance your leadership skills in a unique safety net setting? We are currently seeking a Mental Health Professional II - Licensed to join our Therapy Team (specifically within the outpatient Adult Psychiatry Clinic). This full-time role will be on site Monday-Friday. We have 2 current openings. Purpose of the position: The Mental Health Professional Level II will provide direct psychiatric screening, assessment, and treatment for individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses; build a training track; provide individual and group psychotherapy; develop programming and screening processes as needed; and provide clinical supervision to post-masters Mental Health Associates (LAMFT, LPC, LGSW) and trainees. Work in a multidisciplinary (MD, PhD/PsyD, LP, RN, social work) clinic offering psychotherapy. You will experience diversity in your practice while offering diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, facilitation of groups and individual sessions to patients. You'll also have the unique opportunity to engage in building new processes related to intake screening and to develop and implement a training track alongside leadership.
