Job Summary The Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the division of Hematology and Oncology. This role will provide support to Parkland Hospital core faculty. This role ensures clinic closures when faculty is out of the office, coordination of conference registrations, travel reimbursements, and calendar management. In partnership with Parkland managers and fellowship program coordinator, this role is responsible for organizing annual evaluation of the faculty/fellows, and in partnership with Parkland Cancer Program quality manager, develops and maintains documents for quality/process improvement projects. Additionally, obtains/communicates Parkland Press-Ganey evaluations to faculty and division administration. This role also provides leadership and programmatic support: MSA related activities, monitor/report faculty effort at Parkland every quarter and upon changes in the faculty complement; assist in developing reports related to MSA performance metrics; assist in obtaining operational and quality data from Parkland.
