About the Role:

The Employee Experience Specialist will be pivotal in shaping and enhancing company culture by overseeing the onboarding endo experience process, creating a positive and impactful new hire experience, and managing EndoSim lab coordination and execution. This position is ideal for a strategic leader who is highly collaborative, passionate about fostering strong relationships has highly effective communication and presentation skills and is committed to driving the success of both the onboarding process and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

EndoAcademy & Performance Evaluation Coordination

Endo Experience Week Coordination:




  • Lead and manage the Endo Experience Week for new hires, ensuring the seamless execution of all logistics, materials preparation, accommodations, and feedback collection to provide an impactful and positive onboarding experience.





  • Serve as the face of onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact for new hires and ensuring they are welcomed and smoothly integrated into the organization.





  • Collaborate with Managers of Sales Training (MSTs) and department heads to ensure onboarding content is aligned with company culture, values, and strategic objectives, delivering a consistent and cohesive message.





  • Collect and analyze feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously enhance the onboarding experience and drive a culture of continuous improvement.




Performance Evaluation Week Program Coordination:




  • Support Managers of Sales Training in the coordination of Performance Evaluation Weeks, ensuring these programs are well-organized, product orders are placed with inventory management and lab set up is complete. Oversee logistics for the EndoSim Lab, including product delivery, setup, and teardown of models (porcine) to support effective and efficient training sessions.





  • Administer feedback surveys and develop data-driven metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.




Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:




  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Training, Professional Education, and Instructional Design (ID), to enhance the onboarding experience and expand training content through the inclusion of guest speakers from across the organization.





  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment by gathering input from stakeholders and continuously improving the onboarding and training programs to reflect organizational values and strategic priorities.




Administrative & Analytical Tasks:




  • Manage and maintain the endo experience onboarding calendar, ensuring the efficient scheduling of all onboarding activities during a new hires first few weeks, as well as follow-up with guest speakers.





  • Organize and facilitate meetings, video conferences, and calls, ensuring proper documentation of meeting minutes and action items to ensure accountability across teams.





  • Analyze survey and feedback data, providing actionable insights to optimize and improve onboarding and training programs.




Additional Program Support and Coordination




  • Non-Sales Training, Intro to Basic Endoscopy and Basic Endoscopy Training





  • Continuing Education





Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:




  • Strategic Vision: Strong ability to align the onboarding and recruitment processes with long-term organizational goals, values, and culture.





  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with employees at all levels and foster a welcoming, inclusive onboarding experience.





  • Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.





  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with tools like SurveyMonkey and online meeting platforms is a plus.





  • Analytical Skills: Ability to create and analyze surveys and metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvements in onboarding and recruitment programs.





  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and align initiatives with broader organizational objectives.





  • Creative Problem-Solver: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, identify challenges, and develop proactive solutions.





  • Cultural Fit & Growth-Oriented: Passionate about fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture and contributing to the continuous improvement of the employee experience and diversity recruitment efforts.





Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.





  • Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.





  • Proven experience in program coordination - training or onboarding is preferred.





  • Product and Lab Management Coordination preferred




Preferred Qualifications:




  • Familiarity with tools for scheduling, data analysis, and feedback collection.





  • Passionate about fostering a positive company culture and enhancing employee experience.
