About the role:

Provide global industry-leading technical support to Boston Scientific Electrophysiology (EP) field personnel, clinicians, patients and other internal customers. Help our customers use our products by providing immediate, accurate and up-to-date information regarding current EP Farapulse system, and assisting in troubleshooting, problem solving and assessment of product operation.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Provide 24x7 global industry-leading technical support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, fax, email, etc.).
  • Analyze and assess product operation and make recommendations for optimal system management. Advanced trouble-shooting skills, extensive new product knowledge and thorough understanding of clinical application.
  • Educate, support and train customers through phone consultation, training programs, written correspondence and general field assistance.
  • Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments and concerns.
  • Maintain and develop SalesForce Service Cloud system for Boston Scientific personnel.
  • Achieve and maintain proficiency in market-released and future products. Achieve and maintain working knowledge of clinical product operation.
  • Create relevant technical publications and reference materials.
  • Participate in pre-market-release technical evaluation of products.
  • Maintain up-to-date general industry knowledge, including current Investigational studies and preliminary results.
  • Demonstrate leadership and provide training to less experienced staff; mentor new employees.



What we're looking for in you:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3years direct experience
  • Prior field and or other clinical experience in EP as well as familiarity with Farapulse technical/clinical troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated record of strong technical problem solving and a focus on advocating for and empathizing with our patients
