Director, Provider Recruitment

As the Director, Provider Recruitment, you will play a key role in shaping the Endeavor Health Medical Group's (EHMG) workforce by leading and executing recruitment strategies. You will oversee the recruitment team and collaborate with department leaders to attract, select, and on-board top provider talent.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Director, Provider Recruitment

  • Location: Naperville, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations will be required

What you will do:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive provider talent acquisition strategies that align with Endeavor Health Medical Group's (EHMG) staffing needs and organizational goals.

  • Managing and leading a team of recruitment professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

  • Fostering a high-performance culture within the provider recruitment department.

  • Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview and selection while ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment workflow.

  • Leading efforts to source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and job fairs.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with provider training and professional organizations.

  • Establishing and maintaining standardized candidate assessment processes, including the use of behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.

  • Developing and maintaining the EHMG employer brand to attract top talent.

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Communications to create compelling recruitment content.

  • Promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment and retention efforts.

  • Working closely with clinical service line leaders and physicians to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and collaborate on workforce planning.

  • Ensuring accurate applicant and candidate tracking and providing current and time-sensitive reports from Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for Senior Leadership.

  • Ensuring recruitment processes adhere to federal, state, & local employment laws/regulations while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Collaborating with HR and clinical service line leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration management or a related field, required

  • Certification: PHR certification, preferred

  • Experience:

    • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, required

    • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting, required
