Job Description

The Manager Business Applications Support Services, leads aspects of IS relating to systems and solutions for the expense cycle, service application, M365, ERP application, archiving systems, customer relationship management systems and various other non-clinical technologies. These efforts comprise actions relating to planning, evaluating and recommending new technologies, management of staff and resources to achieve goals as well as implementing and supporting these solutions post- activation with or without vendor assistance.

The Manager is also responsible for the implementation of various systems and technologies including workflow design, change management, design and oversight of education and training for end-users (i.e., physicians, clinical staff, management, employees). This position works collaboratively with managers and directs a staff of professionals skilled in systems analysis and programming, databases and integration engines that support hospital operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree required with Masters or other post graduate degree in Healthcare, IT, or operations/business/public administration field preferred.

Seven years information technology implementation experience required including three years in a management or supervisory role.

Health care industry experience in systems integration.

Demonstrated project management skills (technology and people) with track record of achieving goals within timeline and budget.

Demonstrated ability to be self- directed with excellent organizational, writing, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Proven skills leading and developing technical staffs as well as excellent team work skills across functions.

Experience with ServiceNow, Workday and M365 preferred.

Salary Range:

$78.91 - $118.37 USD Hourly
