Demonstrates understanding and competence in Field Engineering Operations processes. Independently or in partnership with Field Engineering Operations team members, performs standard duties within CB Fulfillment, CB Service Assurance, or CB Access Transport - as summarized below.
CB Fulfillment
In all cases * Drives and maintains a company vehicle. * Plans daily routes, requisitions equipment/supplies, and stocks vehicles. * Configures CPE in a warehouse before installation at the customer premise. * Ensures appropriate iOS is applied. * Performs basic functional testing of equipment to eliminate out-of-box failures. * Follows labeling standards for all equipment, terminal ID, circuit tags, and cabling. * Works with customers on integration of complex circuits such as BGP, EPLAN, EVPLAN, etc. * Tests and verifies services in conjunction with the install team. * Pre-stage equipment per work order. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Compliance with all safety policies and procedures. * Works assigned shifts/schedules. USD 30.87 - 46.35 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $30.87 - $46.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
