Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) to join our intelligence-based program supporting a key government customer. This individual will provide mission critical support to the customer by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. He or she serves as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The expert TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills. The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) shall possess the following capabilities:
- Map technology ecosystems, supply chains, global technology standards
- Identify companies and capabilities of interest.
- Review and exploit reporting across INTs to derive actionable leads.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 6+ years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation
- 3+ cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs
- Proven cyber and technical targeting background, and use of specific tools and databases to achieve technical objectives
- Experience drafting specific types of intelligence reports and coordinating analyses across organizations
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues
- Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space.
- 11+ years of experience across technical competencies (analysis; network engineering; network security; vulnerability assessment; technical collection; penetration testing; red teaming).
- 7+ cumulative years with experience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading and/or listening.
