Pay Rate: Up to $19 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:



  • Assemble custom trusses for pole barns and homes using precut wood pieces
  • Follow detailed company instructions and blueprints
  • Safely use hand tools and machinery to complete tasks
  • Review orders for accuracy and ensure quality control
  • Read a tape measure accurately and bring your own hammer
