Senior HR Business Partner

The Sr. HR Business Partner administers company-wide Employee Relations (ER) programs, investigates employee complaints, and ensures compliance with state and federal HR regulations.

Seeking qualified candidates who are bilingual in Spanish/English, with strong Employee Relations experience



Key Responsibilities:


Employee Relations:



  • Investigate employee complaints and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Resolve employee issues through coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with ER corporate HQ and management for smooth ER operations.
  • Manage PDC ER programs and listen to employee and management feedback.


HR Functions:



  • Handle new hire orientation, exit interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
  • Manage audits related to hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.


Education:




  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree preferred but not required.


Experience:




  • Experience working in a Warehouse environment.

  • 5-10 years in HR with a focus on Employee Relations.
  • Experience in job analysis and HR consulting.
  • Administration of multi-state programs.


Skills:



  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.


Certifications:



  • PHR Certification preferred.


Work Schedule:



  • Monday through Friday, overlapping 1st and 2nd shifts.
