The LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients suffering from renal diseases, including those undergoing dialysis and other medical issues. In this unit, the LPN will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). They will also educate patients and their families about renal conditions, treatment plans, dialysis care, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle modifications. LPNs will work collaboratively with RNs, nephrologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans and act quickly should there be any medical emergencies. The ideal candidate will adhere to best practices in nursing, demonstrate excellent patient care, and support the healthcare team. #LI-AM5 We are looking for a #lpn to work on our #renal floor and provide great #nursingcare in our #MO hospital.
