Position Summary The College of Health Professions at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science invites nominations and applications for the Chair of the Department of Population Health and Administration. The Department includes online degree and certificate programs in both population health and health administration. The College seeks an outstanding educator, researcher and leader who is committed to interprofessional education and wants to make a difference in the health of our nation and local community through the preparation of population health and health services administration professionals, and the advancement of related research and service initiatives. Significant opportunities also exist for research collaboration with the Center for Health Equity Research, curricular impact in our existing health and medical programs, and community engagement with local partners, such as our local county health department.
Who We Are Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFU) is a graduate health sciences university committed to serving the population through the interprofessional education of health and biomedical professionals and the discovery of knowledge dedicated to improving wellness. RFU is a national leader in interprofessional research and practices, and is nationally recognized for its research in areas including neuroscience, brain-related diseases, inherited disorders, proteomics, cancer cell biology and immunology, cardiac resuscitation, and gait and balance.
