Job Title: The Integrated Marketing Manager
Location(s): Basking Ridge, NJ
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading integrated marketing programs across the CMO and Business Group (the Business Unit). The role will lead the design of the marketing strategies, process and channel plans relative to Business brand activations, campaigns, promotions and products. The role owns internal communication of campaign progress to all stakeholders, kickoff briefings, regular status meetings and ensures flawless execution. This role will have a specific focus on elevating the Business brand both externally to our customer base and internally to enhance the employee experience and in-office culture.
The IMC Team is responsible for:
- Strategic planning of brand level marketing campaigns, activations and internal special projects.
- Being a single point of contact (POC) for the Business Unit (BU) and CMO partners.
- Managing messaging priorities for Business across Business Marketing, Global Enterprise and Public Sector segments.
- Ensuring alignment to brand strategy and brand guidelines.
- Leading the brand strategic brief writing and kicking off projects internally, as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Uncover opportunities to merchandise the Business brand externally (awards, sponsorships, activations, campaigns, etc...)
- Uncover opportunities to merchandise the Business Brand internally (employee comms, in-office signage, merch, etc...)
- Collaborate with segment marketing leads to integrate brand strategy/messaging into segment marketing plans and stay informed on segment marketing roadmaps and priorities.
- Partner with internal teams (creative, media, research, competitive intelligence, go to market, Sponsorship, PR, events, legal, CSR, CX) as brand strategy and brand messaging lead.
- Manage timelines and have your finger on the pulse of all brand program details so you are the one person who owns the status of any deliverable at a given point in time.
- Develop plans to showcase campaign work internally for employees to help celebrate wins and successful program launches.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or four or more years of work experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Agency or consultant experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be a team player and able to work well with large and varied teams.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
Even better if you have:
- Experience using Google suite (Google Slides, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc).
- B2B Marketing experience.
- Digital and lead generation experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
- Experience using Workfront Project Management System.
