Salary: $90,000 - $135,000/yr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:



  • Primary focus will be in integrating process sequences for optoelectronic devices like VCSELs, Photonic integrated circuits, Edge emitting lasers, PIN detectors, etc.
  • Prepare process documentation and training materials for technology transfer.
  • Participate in process development and improvement efforts in different areas of the company compound semiconductor FAB.
  • Responsible for Project Management - interacting with customers, preparing schedules and reports on periodic basis.


Qualifications:



  • BS/MS in Physics or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Material Sciences) with 1-3 years of experience in Optoelectronic Device design and fabrication.
  • Hands-on expertise in III-V semiconductor design and cleanroom processes, including PECVD, wet/dry etching, and photoresist patterning.
  • Proficiency in photo mask design using CAD tools.
  • Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, and optical fiber bandwidth measurement is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
