Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a SCI cleared program security officer. The program security officer will manage the security program for Government program managers at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC. The program security officer will prepare and maintain the program classification guide, review all documents and presentations for proper segment markings, track and maintain clearance and access status of all team members, verify clearances and assist with incoming and outgoing visit requests. The program security officer will work closely with multiple government program managers, NRL and other administrative offices, and security offices on a daily basis. This position will be full time on-site at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC and will be in a classified environment. No remote work is available.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain program classification guide.

* Review all documents and presentations for proper segment markings.

* Track and maintain clearance and access of all team members.

* Verify clearances of incoming visitors.

* Ensure safeguards in place to protect classified program information

* Work with SSO to ensure program compliance with security requirements

Required Qualifications:

* Government TS security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/Poly. Current SCI/Poly strongly preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

* Familiarity with security classification markings and regulations.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team/matrixed organization.

* Highly organized, critical, and analytical thinker, excellent problem-solver.

* Adaptable to change and highly resolved to overcome challenges.
