This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in digital transformation programs in the United States Space Force. As a change management consultant, you'lllead projects and assess howalternationswill impact business processes and design to developchange strategies, workshops, and change management plans. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll have a tangible impact on your client's mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organizationas they transformtheir practices for the better.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in change management

  • Experience managing digital transformation projects from beginning to end

  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Change Management Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in human-centered design

  • Experience as project manager, control account manager, or an Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead

  • Experience with Agile methodology

  • Experience in learning and development with a mastery of Mural

  • Knowledge of Jira functionality

  • Possession of excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Prosci Change Management Certification

  • Human-Centered Design Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
