If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We seek a Customer Service Representative, with a background in food production, to join our inclusive team in Jurupa Valley, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to support and assist customers in various ways while promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the company!

Pay: $22.00 - $27.50/hr. (Based on experience)

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Customer Service Representative essential tasks:

Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and customer shipping needs, ensuring timely and accurate handling while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Quality Assurance, to resolve complaints, address inquiries, and update databases. Oversee Global Data Synchronization Network (GSDN) through relevant platforms to ensure product information accuracy. Additionally, prepare management reports and handle other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:



  • Detail-oriented with strong order processing skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in PC software applications with a proven ability to multitask.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in processing purchase orders; food industry experience is a plus.
