Machine Operator

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines while ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain safety as the top priority by following all safety programs and guidelines.
• Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, adhering to company policies.
• Read and interpret manufacturing orders and blueprints to ensure product accuracy.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement tools to verify specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, such as cleaning chips and monitoring coolant levels.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and part variances, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Cross-train within the machine shop to develop skills on various machines and equipment.

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.
• Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong decision-making abilities and a willingness to participate in ongoing training.
• Machine operating experience is preferred.
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Stand for duration of shift
