Primary Responsibilities
Relationship Management Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position Maintain interface with vendors and contractors, ensuring total contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical impact tenant relations issues Support the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project Strongly support vendor selection and management from development of "Scopes of Work", Contract Administration, collection of COI's invoice review and approval and budget development Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the client Facility Management Lead Compliance Provide overall facility services in accordance with accounts' standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner Process Management Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets with the clients' goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process Oversee the appropriate monthly/ quarterly / annual reporting appropriate for the client, including invoices. Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants occupying space with the accounts owned premises Corrigo interface and report running to verify percentage of work orders being processed, time in which they are received and dispatched till they are closed out. This is a critical function in supporting the Center's and confirming that the desired outcome per center is being realized. People Management Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning. Execute staff succession and growth plans Involved in compensation planning process For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis. Advanced degree a plus; CPM, RPA, or CSM designation. Real Estate License Minimum of eight years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Strong leadership and relationship building skills Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data Computer proficiency in CMMS Supervisory responsibilities Oversee multiple facilities; some travel is required |
