Job Summary:
This role will be critical to the success of supporting the Global Facilities Programs team in the design, evolution, and implementation of new Facilities services and operations. You will be responsible for supporting Facilities Management initiative coordination, tracking and reporting of team activities, executing various Facilities Management initiative related tasks, and coordinating agendas and meeting notes. Job responsibilities: Work closely with the Client Global Facilities Program Manager to support program coordination tasks related to the successful delivery of FM initiatives and services. Meet regularly and communicate regularly on program status updates. Partner with the Client Administrative Business Partner who supports the Global Facilities team on scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and note-taking. Specific tasks include tracking & reporting, resource maintenance, site page updates, supporting cross-functional partner team alignment, operational enablement support, and populating communications templates in delivery of Client Global Facilities programs. Qualifications Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Degree in Business, Architecture, Sustainability, or Communications is preferred. 0 - 2 years experience, and previous Project Coordinator experience preferred. Basic knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. Facilities Management, Project Management, and/or Occupancy planning experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business. Ability to multi-task working within a team structure and independently. Strong proficiency with Google Suite including ability to build presentations in Google Slides and create/maintain Google Sheets, including calculate, summarize and filter data. Ability to think "out of the box' and bring creative, non-standard, and innovative ideas to workplace services programs. |
