Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Operations and Support:
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities management operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage work orders, including generation, assignment, follow-up, verification, and closure within the Corrigo system.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to client operations.
- Support vendor management by providing clear direction and ensuring quality execution of tasks.

Client and Team Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between the client and service providers to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Support tactical planning and execution of team objectives.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Event and Logistics Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate onsite events, including setup and operational support.
- Maintain conference rooms, ensuring cleanliness, supply availability, and proper equipment functionality.
- Provide shipping and receiving support, including managing deliveries and coordinating courier services.

Administrative and Financial Support:
- Assist with budget preparation, tracking, and reporting.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in financial and procurement processes.
- Support parts procurement and inventory management for maintenance and operational needs.
- Manage office supply ordering and tracking.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with Corrigo or similar Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Experience with shipping and receiving systems (e.g., Beartracks, FedEx, DHL, UPS).
- 1-3 years in customer service, or operations roles.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and video conferencing tools.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong client-service orientation with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Mechanical aptitude is a positive attribute.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with furniture or equipment movement.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
