Your Responsibilities as a Sr Scientist: Serve as senior technical lead oncumulative project total >$750K annually Contribute to successful businessdevelopment of new clients and projects Write and review technical reports andproposals Prepare and deliver marketingpresentations Assist with project management activities Mentor and train scientific staff and ensurequality work product Actively develop your own career growth Why you'll love working for us: Company-subsidized medical and dental. What we're looking for: BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or other related field. Master's degree is preferred CA PE and/or PG certification 8-10years of experience providing environmental consulting services includingtechnical writing, technical oversight, and project management for a variety of types of projects Ability to mentor and train staff Strong technical writing and communication skills Strong safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices 40-hour HAZWOPER certification Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Experience with job cost accounting Apex Companies, LLC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
