Description
The Vacant Property Associate position is responsible for monitoring vacant and delinquent properties through the foreclosure process. The primary responsibilities of the role will include completing property inspection reviews, notifying external vendors of property condition changes, and invoicing vendor repair completion orders. The Vacant Property Associate will take an active role in partnering with external vendors to ensure the property is being serviced within insurer guidelines. The position will be responsible for monitoring deadlines and ensuring there is clarity between internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for ensuring all necessary actions are taken to preserve and protect vacant properties serviced by Midland Mortgage.
Qualified candidates will possess: Candidates must possess up to one year of relevant work experience to be considered, and previous property preservation or property management is preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills - Bias for Action - Strong organizational skills - Ability to learn and adapt to new and developing software programs - Strong analytical problem solving skills - Assertiveness and ability to provide clear direction **Incomplete applications will not be considered** Education
