Summary:

The analyst will be responsible for building business acumen in the marketing and loyalty areas, using SQL to create and run complex queries to pull large datasets, as well as learn and use data analysis and modelling platforms. The analyst will build dashboards using PowerBI and other data visualization and reporting tools. The analyst will translate data findings into insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and project manage Avis Budget Group's transformational customer experience and loyalty initiatives
  • Analyze customer data, program activity and current market trends to understand the ROI of the loyalty program
  • Develop our multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products and programs
  • Implement metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and model the impact of the loyalty program, providing insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with leadership across all functional areas such as operations, revenue management, marketing, and sales to ensure there is strategic alignment across enterprise-wide product launch teams
  • Benchmark against industry standards to meet customer needs and ensure that product teams understand and drive towards meeting them
  • Travel as needed
You should apply if you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience
  • Ability to execute senior leader endorsed, cross-enterprise projects across a broad group of stakeholders (Centers of excellence, strategic partners, executive sponsors, etc.)
  • Strong executive presence, commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Balance of technical and business acumen; able to communicate what is possible and what will have biggest impact on business
  • Ability to take big ideas and turn them into a roadmap of features and research with minimal guidance
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
  • Demonstrates effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • You can get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You have experience running rigorous multivariate testing and experimentation.
  • Adept at ruthless prioritization in the face of competing priorities
  • Proficient in preparing data visualizations, performing data analysis, and working with large data sets
  • Ability to break down problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
