Pro Staff is currently hiring an Extrusion Support Lead to join our team in Alexandria, MN. Pay: Starting at $18+/hr. based on experience, with an additional $3.00 shift differential and $1.00 lead differential, for a minimum of $22.00/hr. Shift Available: C Shift: Thursday 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Friday - Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM As the Extrusion Support Lead, you will oversee and support employees in the extrusion press department. Your team will be responsible for producing high-quality aluminum extruded shapes that meet customer specifications. Key duties include operating saws, moving material, operating the extrusion press, packing materials, moving dies, and participating in 5S initiatives. You will be cross-trained in multiple areas to support departmental and business needs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
