Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in San Jacinto, CA. Shift: 1st Shift, must be available to work any day of the week Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Use proper techniques for both repair and preventive maintenance tasks. Collaborate with management to analyze equipment downtime and recommend improvements for predictive maintenance activities. Coordinate planned downtime with production to minimize equipment disruption. Resolve mechanical issues and recommend strategies to enhance operations and machine performance. Ensure the safe operation of plant equipment and machinery. Repair and maintain buildings and plant infrastructure. Certify and operate various machinery, including stand-up forklifts, regular forklifts, and pallet jacks. Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant work experience in maintenance mechanics Ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-75 lbs on an intermittent basis Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and work at heights Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays Flexibility to train on either 1st or 2nd shift if required The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
