Staffmark can help you meet your personal and professional goals with this new position as a Quality Control Technician in Katy, TX. The candidate selected will perform hands-on and visual inspections of electronic products before testing.

Pay: $20-$21 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays

2nd Shift Hours: 2 PM - 10 PM, Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays

Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:



  • Confirm all documentation, such as assembly and QC check sheets are complete and accurate.
  • Verify the quality and workmanship of the product and processes in assigned areas, such as In-process and finished goods products to engineer specifications on drawings.
  • Report detailed and accurate discrepancies on non-conforming products.
  • Follow all safety precautions and maintain 5's standards.
  • Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by the manager.
  • Comply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures and all regulations and laws.

Requirements:



  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Quality Control manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and use Digital Multimeters, Tape measure (preferably metric), and basic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with good written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
