Primary Purpose: Cadence Bank is seeking an Analyst to join our Corporate Facilities team and help drive cost savings and process improvements. As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and support the process for various facilities management services. If you have a keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously optimize processes, we want to hear from you! Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity, and implement measures to enhance data quality and accessibility for facility services assignments.
- Enter, update, and maintain capital project data in the facility project management database system.
- Conduct thorough analysis of historical and current facilities financial data and reporting and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Work with Accounting and Finance teams to prevent and correct any expense coding errors.
- Analyze existing facilities financial data to assist in projections for future expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for procurement of facilities management services, such as janitorial and landscaping, including drafting and administering RFPs and analyzing results for decisioning.
- Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors. Assists with vendor onboarding as needed.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in vendor processes and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, including contracts, invoices, and vendor information.
- Monitor and track processes, contracts, and expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency and automation of facility related capital, expense project data and reporting processes.
- Create and provide relevant reporting.
- Maintain files on work orders, proposals, and projects in process as needed.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions with team members to share insights, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics Math, Business, or other relevant field
- 1+ year analyst experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate proficiency in other common business software applications such as Word, Power Point, etc.
- Positive attitude/customer service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb attention to detail; highly organized
