The initiatives and offerings embedded in the Talent Model provide best-in-class employee experiences focused on attracting, retaining, and developing employees. The Sr. Director, Total Rewards and Analytics will lead and assume accountability for the design, implementation, administration, and governance of all compensation programs, benefit programs and payroll for the organization. In addition, the position will oversee Analytics and the HRIS platform. The Sr. Director will ensure all programs aligned with GSUSA business objectives are competitive, sustainable and have an impact on the long- and short-term performance of the organization and are fully compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements. This is a collaborative role that will work cross-functionally with community group leadership, Talent & Culture, Finance, and Legal to understand business issues and collectively develop effective business solutions. Essential Responsibilities
Build and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits strategy which motivates performance, is fiscally responsible, and supports the attraction and retention of high performing talent. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, recommending plan revisions, as well as new plans, in support of the strategic plan.

You Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 10-12 years' experience in a corporate environment Certifications Requirements: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Active member of World at Work Salary Range: $96,600 - $185,000 This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. This pay range is only applicable to NYC Metro-based employees, on a hybrid schedule. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
