Job Description

Client Intake Process

  • Gather and record accurate client/customer information (personal, financial, medical, or other relevant data).
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for services.

Documentation and Record Management

  • Maintain detailed and organized records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Enter data into appropriate systems with a high level of accuracy.

Communication and Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service providers, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person professionally and promptly.

Compliance and Confidentiality

  • Adhere to all legal and organizational standards, including data privacy laws.
  • Stay updated on policies and regulations affecting intake processes.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or higher education in related fields.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients.
  • Self-motivated and flexible team player
Additional Information

In-person work office environment with flexibility in work schedule based for events that may fall outside of typical work hours.
