The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University is seeking an Executive Director for the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) and Master of Science in Management (MSM) programs. This role involves leading both the full-time (on-campus) and part-time (online) MSBA programs, as well as the full-time MSM program, and directly contributes to the growth, success, and strategic direction of these programs. The Executive Director will drive the programs' reputation, growth, and sustainability, working in close collaboration with a team of functional experts in admissions, marketing, student services, career services, and leadership development. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Masters Programs, the Executive Director will shape the strategic vision and work cross-functionally to achieve student success, strong program enrollment, and meaningful alumni and corporate partnerships. The Executive Director will lead within a matrixed environment, working closely with a team of specialized professionals in marketing, admissions, student services, and career development. This position requires a student-facing presence on Carnegie Mellon's campus and involves occasional travel for conferences and recruiting events.
