Short Intro and About the Job At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Purchaser/Planner based in Portland, OR! The Maintenance Planner/Purchaser supports the maintenance department by procuring parts/services, managing parts inventory and working with the Reliability leader to plan maintenance work. This position works directly with the Maintenance Mechanics, Reliability Leader and the Maintenance Manager to ensure the necessary parts are available for both planned maintenance activities and emergency repairs, using the established CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and purchasing systems to purchase spare parts and services, manage the spare parts inventory, and plan maintenance work.
