Job Description The Product Designer has 2-4 years of experience as a practitioner of user-centric product design. They work with a team of Product Designers creating digital products such as web sites, mobile sites, native apps, experiential UX/UI, and voice apps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative product solutions. They work closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, Technology, et al; so that the end digital product truly exceeds both the users' needs and the requirements of the business. They will be able to design flawless design systems and pattern libraries based on everything we know about the end user of their product. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Problem solving:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (preferred); Field: Marketing/advertising, Human-Computer Interaction, visual communication, graphic design, or related discipline Nice to have: UI/Product Design certification program (equivalent or similar to certificate programs offered at Google, General Assembly, Nielson Norman etc. ) EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AREA OF EXPERTISE REQUIRED/PREFERRED 2-4 years Experience; UI Design, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art Direction and Design or related field (preferred). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge Level: Advanced Beginner

SALARY $70,000 - $95,000 annually. The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
