We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our growing Talent Management organization. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning, a strategic approach to talent management, and the ability to create impactful training initiatives that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure the effective delivery of learning experiences that empower our employees to reach their full potential. Requirements
Education & Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in high technology, bachelor's degree in human resources or other applicable business background. Advanced degree preferred. Organizational and Critical Thinking Skills: Highly organized with a knack for identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with LMS and Content Creation Software: Expertise in using LMS platforms and content creation tools to develop engaging and effective training materials. Instructional Design Best Practices: Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating and designing instructional materials tailored for adult learners and corporate training environments. Ability to develop content that is both accessible and inclusive. Relationship-Building and Influence: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders to support training initiatives. Prioritization and Autonomy: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes. Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively across various mediums. Inclusive Design: In-depth understanding of best practices in designing training materials that are accessible and inclusive, ensuring all learners can benefit from the programs. Technological Systems and Tools: Proficient in using various technological systems, tools, and statistical research methods to maximize efficiency and performance.
