Client Guardian: Keep an eagle eye on your assigned clients, ensuring they're safe and sound while having the time of their lives. When you're on one-to-one duty, you'll be their shadow-always there to cheer them on!

Activity Maestro: Lead the charge in our daily outpatient programming! You'll participate in and support clients during the day.

Transportation Wizard: Safely transport clients to pick-up spots and exciting community outings in our trusty company vehicle. Road trips, anyone?

Documentation Dynamo: Keep track of all the fun and progress! You'll document client achievements and stay on top of all policies and record-keeping requirements.

Training Champion: Stay sharp and up-to-date on all required training and certifications. Knowledge is power, after all!

Team Player: Work closely with the Lead Care Coordinator and Clinical Director to keep our facility running smoothly and efficiently.

• H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's level degree in psychology, counseling or sociology preferred.
• Prior work experience in other behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 10:45AM-6:45PM

Compensation for this role ranges from $17.00-$23.626 per hour depending on education and experience.
