The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will have primary responsibility for supporting a broad scope of HR services and functions to include full-cycle recruitment for Corporate and Administrative roles, immigration and relocation support, HRMS support, coordinating training and development programs, and overseeing employee recognition programs. This role will also involve supporting the senior HR team and providing backup for the HR Assistant.

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:

  • Provide full-cycle recruiting support for junior-level Corporate and Administrative positions including recruitment kick-off, resume review, candidate screening, hiring manager partnership, offer letter drafting and background checks.

  • Support the Senior Manager, Immigration and Compliance with immigration-related requests including producing, submitting and tracking documentation related to employee visas.

  • Conduct research, schedules events, and posts trainings, and other relevant coordination in support of the Corporate and Administrative and DEI Learning programs.

  • Process employee data and generates reports in the HRMS system (Workday).

  • Administer and coordinates with outside vendors for the employee recognition programs.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • 3+ years of experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred.

  • The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions.

  • The mindset to provide superior service.

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience required, Workday Recruiting experience a plus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to switch between tasks efficiently.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS experience required.

  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

  • High school diploma in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.

Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position between $56,800.00 and $71,300.00 This range represents the base salary range across all eligible locations listed. A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one's geographic location, and how closely a candidate's skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. At Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a base salary.
