The Corrective Action ProgramConsultant is responsible for supporting the effectively and efficiently supporting the enterprise Corrective Action Program (CAP).Provides expert consultation to business unit stakeholders, conducts assessments, analyzes data, and performs effectiveness reviews in support of driving operational excellence. Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Science Business and five (5) years of applicable Corrective Action Program experience or experience in a related field where comparable skills and knowledge are obtained. - OR a 2-year technical degree and seven (7) years of applicable CAP or related experience. - OR high school/GED and nine (9) years of applicable CAP or related experience. Prefer deep knowledge and proven track record of CAP as well as a passion and sense of urgency for continuous improvement. Interpersonal and human relation skills are critical to this success. The incumbent must be a motivational force who is able to negotiate change when needed with all levels of leadership, develop and enhance existing relationships and get work done through others in order to affect positive change and generate improvements that can be sustained. Exceptional organizational and time management skills; possess outstanding project management skills and knowledge; superior oral and written communication ability; effective listening and influencing skills (with an emphasis on influencing without authority); and the ability to demonstrate flexibility and agility. Major Accountabilities
1) Provide strategic, proactive CAP consulting services to all levels of leadership to further embed CAP throughout the organization. 11) Work with the Human Performance (HP) team to analyze data, identify HP trends and provide guidance on business initiatives to improve human performance. Hybrid:Employees in hybrid roles work both in their home offices (virtually) and alongside their colleagues (in person). In order for employees to build strong relationships and to promote meaningful in-person interactions, hybrid employees are expected to work about 40% of their time in-person at an APS or other (non-home office) location. *Employees are expected to reside in Arizona (or New Mexico for Four Corners-based employees). *Working from a home office requires adequate technology and an appropriate ergonomic set up. *Role types are subject to change based on business need. |
