The Solution Architect is responsible for pre-sales engagements, drafting SOWs, conducting Operational Assessments, and driving client value through continuous improvement and deeper feature adoption. It is a dynamic role that collaborates with Sales, Professional Services, and clients to define and validate project scopes, ensuring successful implementation of WellSky software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery to identify business needs and match the appropriate WellSky solution to the opportunity.
  • Understand WellSky solutions to determine our competitive edge and maintain a deep level of industry knowledge to know what the market is needing.
  • Strategically plan a course to enhance and configure WellSky solutions to meet future needs and expand TAM (total addressable market).
  • Identify competitive differentiators and functional gaps that may need to be addressed or closed within the solution to win the deal and client.
  • Conduct in-depth solution demonstrations and remain involved in pre-sales conversations to prospective clients (virtual and/or onsite presentations), including formal oral presentations for RF-x opportunities and procurement proposals.
  • Write responses to incoming RFP and RFI opportunities, coordinate the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) completion, and assist others internally in the completion of complex documents.
  • Participate in operational assessments, health checks, and other developed offerings for current clients.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
