Description
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring proper documentation is in place to establish a legally binding contract with borrowers. Position is also responsible for securing liens on collateral, and ensuring loans comply with internal bank policies, as well as federal and state regulations. Tracks exceptions and advises lending staff on documentation issues. Ensures proper approval of loan commitments. Ensures work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring daily activities. Position schedule: Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm Position Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess 1+ years of related experience in financial services. Bachelor's degree in a business related field with at least one year of loan documentation processing experience preferred, but not required. Education
