About the Role As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for championing customer insights, shaping go-to-market strategies, and fueling market differentiation. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:
- Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyers, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Ensure messaging articulates our differentiation and aligns with our overarching company vision.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Monitor competitor activity and leverage insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a thought leader, sharing competitive insights with internal stakeholders and incorporating them into sales enablement materials.
- Customer-Centric Strategy
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to build a clear voice of the customer.
- Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer ecosystem, mapping TRSS products and solutions to key touchpoints within customer workflows. Proactively anticipate industry workflow evolution and emerging trends to position TRSS as an innovative, indispensable partner in addressing future customer needs and optimizing operational efficiencies.
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing successful product launches.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns tailored to government and commercial compliance sectors.
- Partner with demand generation and content teams to deliver impactful marketing materials that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Equip sales teams with training, tools, and resources, including product collateral, presentations, and objection-handling guides.
- Design cross-sell and upsell motions that drive revenue growth across our portfolio.
- Strategic Vision & Planning
- Define and execute multi-year product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities using data-driven insights and innovative thinking.
About You You're a good fit for the role of Product Marketing Manager if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is plus. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years in Product Marketing or related roles, with experience supporting SaaS products.
- Expertise in competitive intelligence, market research, and customer insights.
- A proven track record of managing end-to-end product launches and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
- Experience working in government and/or commercial compliance industries is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $114,520 - $212,680.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
