A Brief Overview The Project Coordinator works under the direction of the Community Director. This position will assist and work closely with the maintenance manager and community director with contacting residents in regards to Moisture Remediation Project repair work, schedules work dates, schedules hospitality suites, contacts cleaning service, sends emails, makes phone calls, and updates spreadsheets. This position makes follow up calls and reports weekly on the work progress.
What you will do
- Provides project coordination support for various projects supporting the Moisture Remediation Project:
- Coordinates work efforts for vendors
- Conducts inspections pre-and post-project
- Coordinates work schedules with residents, vendors, and management (leaders)
- Coordinates information between vendors and leaders and residents
- Maintains and updates project schedule electronically on shared drive for management
- Effectively and professionally communicates with all levels of the organization; as well as field and office personnel, subcontractors, outsource partners/vendors,and client representatives.
- Manages and communicates vendor updates or concerns on assigned to the project to appropriate leadership.
- Communicates about program or project progress and any necessary recommendation for modifications and/or adjustments.
- Prepares Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
- Schedules meetings and team conference calls.
- This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1-3 years experience in a property management Preferred
- Strong internet research skills, experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create, modify, and edit spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast- paced job.
- Effective multi-tasking ability, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and industry professionals.
- Able to prioritize and understand deadlines.
- Must be able to maintain good relationships with department, peers, subcontractors, vendors, and owners.
- Solid quantitative skills and capacity for analytical and critical thinking.
- Requires a self-motivated, independent thinker who can be a part of a team and demonstrates strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and industry professionals.
- DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
Compensation We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $31.78 - $39.81, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
