Job Skills / Requirements Do you have supervisory experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant/Store Manager in the retail or hospitality industries OR experience building, mentoring, and motivating a service team of hourly employees to perform at their highest level? Yes? Embrace a growth mindset, as this position prepares you for the next level with our growing organization. Fine Print Minimum three years' experience managing 10 or more hourly employees. Minimum one-year experience in the janitorial field. High school diploma or GED. Superior oral and written communication skills. Self-starter with proven leadership ability. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills. Valid drivers license, insurability, and availability of a car. Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Fun Part!!!
