This intern position is a great opportunity to get exposure to different global business processes and Mativ management. We are looking for a curious and driven intern with a basic understanding of marketing and business development principles. The Mativ Summer Internship Program is scheduled to start on May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025. Our paid internship offers a well-rounded experience including: meaningful work, dedicated intern manager, community service, professional development and more. responsibilities In this position, the intern will report into the Sr Product Manager and have an opportunity to be a part of the Sustainable and Adhesive Solutions segment. Key responsibilities in this role include: Organize baseline price, sales trends and margin information Analyze product costing to identify opportunities for optimization through the value chain Conduct market research and analysis to identify key insights and trends. Support the development of strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights. Assess competitive landscape to inform insights and recommendations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the quality of insights delivered. qualifications: Required: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related major. Minimum GPA-3.0. Intermediate MS Excel skills with willingness to learn. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidates will possess high initiative and drive, with a curiosity to perpetually learn and improve our business. Key requirements include the ability to analyzeinformation to find opportunities, effectively communicate, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
