Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. They track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage the marketing and ensure that all marketing is in line with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define and articulate the value proposition for the company's products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and other materials.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence in the medical device industry through events, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, maintaining alignment with the brand identity.
  • Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and provide support through materials, presentations, and insights.
  • Collaborate to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure alignment on timelines, capabilities, and customer requirements.
  • Use KPIs and analytics to track the success of marketing campaigns and optimize future efforts.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Engage with key customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into marketing strategies.
  • Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the company's capabilities.



Must Have:



  • Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industries.
  • Deep understanding of the medical device industry, including regulatory and compliance landscapes (e.g., FDA, ISO standards).
  • Familiarity with contract manufacturing processes and supply chain considerations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing external vendors or agencies.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning.
  • Expertise in market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in marketing automation and content management systems.
  • Strong ability to analyze data to measure marketing performance and ROI



Competitive market salary from 135000 to 160000 depending on qualifications and experience.
