Production Associate

Job Summary
A Production Associate will be involved in every stage of the administrative, graphics and marketing process surrounding transactions and will be responsible for the team's overall organization and marketing efforts. A Production Associate will be involved in every facet of deals from origination to closing and will work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities
Assist Producer and Analysts in the preparation of marketing materials for real estate deals, including request for proposals, fee agreements, confidentiality agreements, offering memorandums, and drop-box creation & organization
Create, design, and edit materials to include, but not limited to;print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound books.
Prepare InDesign/PowerPoint presentations by pulling data from other sources such as maps, charts, logos, pictures, tables, etc.
Organize calendars, process expense reports and work with vendors to arrange photography and overflow graphics outsourcing.
Maintain internal web-based database; manage and update deal statuses, manage press releases, marketing lists, activity tracking, and design and send e-mail blasts, and marketing campaigns.
Take initiative to support Producers with high priority projects. Identify problems and alert team members. Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed.
Organize and file important deal-related correspondence.
Must be able to work overtime on short notice, to meet client deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required
Minimum 1-5 years of related administrative and / or marketing experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail
Ability to design within branding standards.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to be an independent worker and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, environment.
Demonstrate problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
Commercial Real Estate experience a plus, but not required so long as there is a strong interest in working in the field.

Education
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design other area of specialty which matches with job responsibilities.

Computer Skills
Overall tech-savvy and quick learner on different computer programs & software
Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Is a plus, but not required so long as there Is a strong Interest In learning It.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Experience with Salesforce (CRM) a plus
Experience with Constant Contact a plus

Environment
Office - work with computers, copiers, and scanners.
Please note this is an "in-office" role based in Orlando
